| Families interested in enrolling their
four-year-old children in an NSECD Program Provider School, should first
determine if local NSECD Provider schools exist in the community. If a
provider is within a daily travel distance, please contact the school or
schools (view list of participating schools) to register for possible
enrollment.

Parents must be prepared to submit the
following documentation: |

Birth Certificate - the child must
turn the age of four before September 30th of the academic year. |

Immunization Record – must have received
all age-appropriate immunization |

Proof of Residence |

Nonpublic and BESE-approved school administrators may contact the
Governor’s Office of Community Programs, NSECD Program Manager, to receive
information on becoming a Provider school.
